Tactile Image Book
Own project, 2012-2013

There are today two different audiences for books; the sighted and the blind. But what would happen if they were combined, if one book could be for everyone? Tactile ABC book is a book designed to be as fun and interesting for the sighted, visually impaired and the blind children. By taking advantage of key features that stimulates the senses in existing books the tactile images got a new design that appeals a wider range of audience. The images were combined with a typeface developed for the visually impaired and Braille. As a reader you get to follow a circus and learn about their history and interests.
